1.There are hundreds of free wordpress themes/templates available and the best place to get them is at the following url :

http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/

Just download and save the chosen theme or template to your computer.

2.Extract the downloaded theme/template file and navigate to the wp-content folder within your wordpress folder which dont forget will always be within your wamp WWW folder and click on themes and insert the extracted file within the themes folder.

3. Login to the admin control panel or dashboard of wordpress.

4. Click on Appearance within your admin panel and you will see your newly installed theme.Click on the newly installed theme or template and then just click on activate.Thats it your finished.
